The team of Onsight looked for a Tech-Force because they needed to launch a strategical marketing version of their app in the matter of 14 days. The opportunity was there and they needed to act fast. They didnt even have the API ready to connect it to the software wich calculates and spits out workout plans.
We reacted fast and created a roadmap and organized the first Milestone as deliverable into development. We spent weekends to iron out bugs and made it happen. Onsight had a beta launch and counted from day one already 87 users. Our biggest achievement was to coach them into winning the investors over and also win a long-term client for us over this scenario because we have once again proven of what we are capable of as a team.
